” Your attitude, not your aptitude, will determine your altitude.”

                                                                                                           – Zig Ziglar

The above quote says it all.  Nothing will stop you in your career track like a bad attitude.  You can be the smartest individual in the room, but if you have a bad attitude, you are going nowhere fast.

To be successful in today’s competitive environment, you must have a well-rounded package.  When you are up for a promotion or in line for a new project, if three candidates have the same qualifications, who do you think will move forward?

At this point in your career, aptitude or a certain skill set is a given.  You must excel as a team player, be an effective communicator, a producer and have a professional image to reach your full potential.

How do you think your atitude impacts your work environment?  Is it a positive one?
