Afternoon Tea and Business Etiquette | How the Two Are Connected

But first, let’s talk about how to use this beautiful ritual to enhance our connections – personally and professionally.

If you have been following us, you know we are big believers in the art of human connection.  This type of connection is what makes us thrive as humans and as business owners. 

Without human connection, well, a business can be mundane and we are anything but mundane.  

When I speak to corporations, the topic of building relationships at work is always at the forefront. 

We often forget that we CAN be creative and different when making connections, fostering relationships, and networking. 

Why not invite someone you just met at a networking event to tea?  

Many of your local hotels offer this type of dining service.

You can easily find afternoon tea offerings in your area through a Google Search.  Many smaller boutique tearooms exist in certain cities.  

By extending this type of invitation, you are setting yourself apart.  Who wouldn’t be curious and jump at the chance to have afternoon tea?
